The instruments we use - singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and drums - are not just tools; they’re works of art, handcrafted by master artisans who have poured generations of care and devotion into them. Their sounds don’t just fill the room, they touch something deep within you.

where sound blends with other healing practices:
Sound soothes the nervous system into deep rest.
Vibrations quieten the inner noise.
The body finds release, sometimes through tears, sometimes through silence.
More than just a studio, The Quiet Mind Studio is a sanctuary - where ancient wisdom meets modern life, and where sound, movement, and breath come together to nurture harmony, resilience, and peace.

Sound healing softens the inner noise and helps you find calm.
Sound healing supports your body’s natural healing response.

Every cell in your body has its own quiet rhythm. When surrounded by the gentle hum of bowls or gongs, your body naturally “tunes in.” Without effort, your mind slips into states of deep rest — the kind where you feel peaceful, connected, and even joyful.
The sounds invite your body into rest-and-digest mode, slowing the heart, easing the breath, and softening stress hormones. Many people leave a session feeling lighter, calmer, and yet surprisingly recharged — ready to move through life with more clarity and ease.
Sometimes, sound opens a door to emotions we’ve held onto for too long. Tears may flow, laughter may rise, or you may simply drop into stillness. Each response is the body’s natural way of releasing what no longer serves you — leaving space for peace to enter.
The vibrations touch the body’s natural energy centres, clearing what feels stuck and helping life force move freely again. Physically, it brings the body back into balance. Emotionally, it leaves you with a sense of lightness, contentment, and inner harmony.

Nirmitha’s path into healing has been anything but ordinary. After years of working with Accenture, IBM, and Microsoft, she knew firsthand the stress, disconnection, and invisible weight that modern work can create. That experience became the seed of her calling - to create spaces where people can rest, reconnect, and remember their own wholeness.
